Ahh, the joys of helping the helpless when it comes to technology. Grin and bear it, and ask them to repay you in something YOU suck at. In my case, I always ask people to bake after fixing their websites or logos…because the last time I made cupcakes they were concave. We all have our weaknesses, right?
